As a first-time homebuyer, I had an amazing experience with this team (Steve, Kaytee, and Tammy. As well as others who helped). Communication and follow-up were excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed and supported throughout the process.

Steve even came to signing day, which I’ve learned isn’t very common, and it meant a lot. Unfortunately, I had to put my dog to sleep the same day I closed. Steve was incredibly patient and compassionate and brought a thoughtful gift to memorialize her. That level of care is something you don’t see everyday and I certainly will never forget the kind gesture.
